Notes – Constructed circa 1890 from oak, this approximately 134 year old pen and ink stand features the original ink bottles and a drawer for organising your stationery. The box is adorned with decorative metal corner pieces fashioned in the shape of leaves, providing both strength and visual appeal, as well as a metal carry handle for easily moving the stand to where it is needed. There are cut-outs for retaining the ink bottles, which also fit the older size of J.Herbin Ink bottles, as well as cut outs for resting your pens. A stunning piece of history that has more than stood the test of time.
