What will shipping cost me and when will I get it?

If your order is R850 or more, your delivery fee is on us! đŸ™‚ We’ll send it to your door if you live in a Main Centre. Regional or Outlying areas qualify for free PARGO delivery only. Check your nearest Pargo Pick-Up Point here – Pargo Pick Up Points

If your order is under R850 we ask for a contribution towards the courier fee. The cost and lead times are below:

*Our door to door courier only offers one method of service for rural and outlying areas. The flat rate for these areas is R250.00 and normally takes 3-5 days. We recommend using PARGO as a more cost effective option. 

*Outside of South Africa? No problem. Your shipping fee will be calculated on checkout based on your address. International parcels are sent by DHL Express. Pricing includes delivery to your door but excludes any taxes and duties your country may apply. Check with your local authorities regarding these. 

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel throughout its journey.

 

Important information:

If you place your order before 11:00am, we will dispatch your order on the same day. If your order is placed after 11:00am then it will most likely only be able to be dispatched the following day.
Our delivery is Door to Door or to a Pargo Pick up Point.

We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address

Please choose a delivery address where there will definitely be someone there to collect your order incase you are not able to be there.

If you have any specific delivery instructions (perhaps you are sending the order to someone as a gift and you don’t want the invoice to be inside the parcel) please let us know in the comments section when checking out.
