Pilot Iroshizuku Ink Bottle – Tsuki-Yo (Blue)
The name “iroshizuku” is a combination of the Japanese words “iro” (colouring) expressing high standards and variation of colours, and “shizuku” (droplet), which embodies the very image of dripping water. Each ink name derives from the expressions of beautiful Japanese natural landscapes and plants, all of which contribute to the depth of each individual hue. Enjoy Japan’s rich and subtle colour aesthetic as you write.
PILOT has always manufactured its own inks, which are renowned throughout the world.

A gorgeous blue ink that dries well and has a rich colour. Super smooth to use and so far all my pens like it! Thank you Writegear for getting this range of inks in.

I bought this ink in an attempt to assist flow in some of my pens with more finicky feeds. Glad I did – this is a beautiful shade of blue with a slight grey/teal hint when dry. It has very good shading. Beware, though, it can feather bit on normal paper with a wet pen. Otherwise it is well behaved – it is one of the inks I’ll use for business/office.
