This stuff _works_! It has managed to shift vintage red ink deposits that survived for half-a-century on an old Esterbrook, and has cleared the infamous Noodler’s Baystate Blue out from the collector/feed of a Plaisir! Curiously, considering some of the inks made by Platinum, it does not seem very effective for iron-gall inks, but ascorbic acid works very well for that. (Considering it’s effectiveness, I’m a little wary of this perhaps softening/releasing some of the adhesives used on vintage pens, so be careful).
