The whole Graf von Faber-Castell range of inks is really wonderful. They make great every day use inks that can withstand the use of highlighters and once dry don’t smudge as some other inks do.
The shade of red on the Garnet Red is, as most fountain pen ink reds are, a bit on the dull side, it has more of a brownish tinge to it. A bonus is that it tends to dry relatively quickly.
Apart from the colour it is a great every day use ink.
